Platform Economy: Analysis of Trends and Impact

Background

The Interdepartmental Working Group (IWG) on Developing Ecosystems of the Digital Economy and Digital Platforms is responsible for ensuring effective coordination between federal and regional government authorities and the Bank of Russia in the implementation of state policy on the development of digital economy ecosystems and digital platforms.

The TRIM Center provides analytical support to the Chair of the IWG.

Our Role

Our expert and analytical work is focused on providing substantive support for the tasks of the IWG. Its analytical focus includes studying trends in the development of digital platforms as a new form of economic activity, assessing the transformative effects of platforms on the economy and social sphere, analyzing innovative regulatory approaches, and refining promising areas of cooperation with international partners.
