    Background

    Council for Strategic Development and National Projects serves as an advisory body to the President of the Russian Federation. The Council coordinates the work of government authorities, experts, and development institutions to achieve national objectives.


     

    Our Role

    The TRIM Center provides expert and analytical support for the activities of the Council. Our key responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the implementation of national projects, as well as preparing analytical materials for Council meetings.

    The preparation of materials for Council meetings involves analytical work that integrates economics, public administration, sectoral expertise, data analysis, and the assessment of societal impacts. 

    The TRIM Center organizes information from diverse sources, including strategic documents, statistical data, expert evaluations, and progress reports on implemented measures. 

    Core analytical areas

    • structural transformation of the economy and technological leadership;

    • quality of public governance and human capital development;

    • infrastructure development and socio-economic outcomes.

    Our primary focus is on thoroughly analyzing and shaping the initiatives carried out under national projects:
